Develop and maintain senior relationships across agencies and brands (CMOs, Brand Leads, Agency Heads), acting as a consultative partner to bring efficiencies and visibility to upcoming campaigns.
What you'l bring
13 - 15 years of experience in Media Sales (TV, Digital, or Sports).
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think strategically about client challenges.
Proven track record in relationship management across clients in the West region.
Strong knowledge of
sports content and sponsorship ecosystems
with ability to translate it into client-specific solutions.
Market-savvy with a keen eye for trends, the competitive landscape, and industry insights.
Strong negotiation and deal-closure skills with a history of delivering revenue growth.
Ability to create
integrated media + activation solutions
aligned with client objectives.
Strong communication and presentation skills for senior client engagements.
Collaborative mindset, working seamlessly with internal teams (content, marketing, ad ops, research) to deliver solutions.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
