We are seeking an Account Delivery Manager (Customer Success) to serve as the operational lead for key enterprise customer accounts. In this role, you will coordinate internal stakeholders, drive execution of deliverables, and ensure high-quality delivery outcomes for strategic clients. You'll work closely with the Customer Success Director to ensure smooth post-sale execution, while maintaining internal alignment and process discipline.

This role does not own commercial responsibilities, but plays a critical part in ensuring delivery excellence and customer satisfaction through executional rigor and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities



Serve as the

operational point of contact

for key enterprise customers, in partnership with the assigned CSM. Drive

execution of account deliverables

by coordinating with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Support, and Implementation. Track

milestones, SLAs, risks

, and escalate delivery challenges to the relevant stakeholders. Own and manage

project timelines

, documentation, and customer-facing reporting. Organize and maintain account documentation (project plans, meeting notes, action logs). Handle routine client communications and ensure prompt response to operational queries. Facilitate preparation and execution of

Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

, renewal checkpoints, and strategic initiatives. Ensure

operational readiness

for all customer interactions--e.g., by maintaining action logs, meeting notes, project plans Provide

status updates

to internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability. Identify and implement

process improvements

to enhance delivery and customer success operations.

You Bring to the Table:



5+ years of experience in account operations, project coordination, client services, or a similar role in a SaaS or technology environment. Demonstrated experience coordinating across

cross-functional teams

and tracking complex deliverables. A customer-centric mindset with an ability to execute with

speed, structure, and attention to detail.

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in HR related fields is preferred. Experience working with CS tools (e.g., HubSpot, Gainsight), project tools (e.g., Jira, Asana), or collaboration platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?900,000.00 - ?1,400,000.00 per year
