We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Cum
Store Executive
with a age group of 25-35 yrs , having strong background in inventory management software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing plant inventory, handling billing processes, and supporting accounting functions to ensure smooth and efficient plant/site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & Store Management
Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and dispatches.
Monitor and control inventory using specialized software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
Coordinate with procurement and production teams for timely material availability.
Billing & Documentation
Generate purchase orders, goods receipt notes (GRNs), and invoices.
Verify vendor bills and ensure timely processing of payments.
Maintain documentation for inward/outward materials and ensure compliance with company policies.
Accounts Support
Assist in accounts payable/receivable entries and reconciliations.
Support monthly closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
Maintain ledgers, journals, and other accounting records as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in Commerce or Business Administration.
Specialization or certification in inventory management software.
5-6 years of experience in store and accounts management, preferably in a manufacturing /warehouses or plant environment.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
