Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions, ledgers, and journals.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements, invoices, and financial records.
Handle accounts receivable and payable.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Manage petty cash and expense tracking.
Sales Coordination Responsibilities:
Support the sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
Coordinate between clients, sales, and operations for smooth order processing.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Follow up on pending payments and sales orders.
Prepare sales reports and track performance against targets.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration
, or related field.
1-2 years
of relevant experience in accounting and/or sales coordination.
Proficiency in
