ROLE SUMMARY
We are hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, invoicing, reconciliations,
payroll support, and statutory compliance using Zoho Books (Primary), Tally, Excel / Google Sheets as
the primary accounting software. The role requires hands-on execution and strong process discipline.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Record and maintain accounting entries in Zoho Books (Primary), Tally, Excel / Google Sheets
? Book vendor & consultant invoices and maintain proper documentation
? Prepare sales invoices, receipts, and e-invoices with help of Zoho Books (Primary), Tally, Excel
/ Google Sheets
? Update bank & credit card statements and perform reconciliations
? Handle payment gateway entries and settlements
? Support payroll processing and salary accounting
? Prepare basic MIS, accruals, and working sheets
? Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory compliances
? Ensure proper filing and data accuracy across systems
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
? Working knowledge of Zoho Books/Tally is mandatory
? Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and payroll processes
? Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
? Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
? Ability to coordinate with internal teams and vendors
