Job Opening: US Account Associate

Location: Vidyavihar, Mumbai

Salary: ₹18,000 - ?20,000 (Gross)

About the Role:

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a US Account Associate. You will be responsible for handling accounting tasks for our US-based clients using Bill.com and QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities:

Record daily transactions in QuickBooks (income & expenses)

Process and verify vendor invoices in Bill.com

Perform monthly reconciliations (bank, credit card, loan accounts)

Create and review financial reports

Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding discrepancies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Knowledge of QuickBooks & Bill.com (preferred)

Strong MS Excel and data entry skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
