We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant with basic accounts knowledge who can also support the Material Department. The candidate should be proficient in computer skills and capable of handling day-to-day office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining basic accounts records, vouchers, and invoices
Support the Material Department in material entry, stock records, and coordination
Maintain files, documents, and office records (both physical and digital)
Perform data entry and prepare reports using MS Excel and other office tools
Handle correspondence, emails, and internal coordination
Assist in purchase records, GRN, and material tracking
Provide general administrative and clerical support as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of accounting (invoicing, billing, ledger entries preferred)
Experience or understanding of material management processes
Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email, and office software)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Education & Experience:
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred
1-3 years of relevant experience is an advantage
Local candidate for Vapi is preferred.
