We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Accounts Assistant
to support our finance team in managing day-to-day accounting tasks. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in bookkeeping, and supporting the preparation of financial reports.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP or other accounting software.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely vendor and customer reconciliations.
Assist in preparation of invoices, bills, vouchers, and challans.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare and maintain petty cash transactions.
Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments for account-related queries.
Generate MIS reports as required by management.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP preferred).
Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under deadlines with accuracy.
Qualification & Experience
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
Freshers with strong knowledge in accounts may also be considered.
