The candidate will work on finance and accounting (F&A) decisions for Engineering and Construction projects. They will perform general ledger activities, including daily bookkeeping, financial reporting, variance analysis, bank reconciliation, balance sheet accounts, and fixed asset maintenance, as per standards.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Excellent knowledge of financial month-end processes, reporting, including Fixed Assets maintenance, Inter-company reconciliation, Balance Sheet reconciliation, and Variance Analysis, and commenting
Handling Agreements of Worker Permit, Work Injury Insurance, Machineries Tracker.
3. Collaborating with other departments like Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, to complete correct records and provide accounting support.
4. Supporting the year-end tax audit reports as per the Singapore standard
Combining the financial statements of corporate companies and their subsidiaries, ensuring a comprehensive view of the group's financial position
Recognizing revenue, current expenses, and capital expenditure, and recording the entries as per standards
Preparing PO for materials purchasing, IRAS Salary Reconciliation.
CPF and Medial Insurance Tracker maintenance.
Defines how assets and liabilities should be classified on the balance sheet, ensuring consistent reporting.
10. Handling team members' accounting queries, clearing their questions, and escalations, both internal and external
11. Maintain all the internal matrices
Skills Required:
Strong in Accounting concepts
Interest in learning the Singapore standard
Strong analytical and Problem-solving
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English
Experience in MS Office applications like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to understand specific customer needs and deliver accordingly.
Customer-focused attitude
Experience in Team handling (Minimum 1 year)
