The Assistant Manager - Accounts will be responsible for supervising daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, finalization of accounts, and supporting the CA/Higher Authority in financial reporting and audits. This role requires both technical expertise and leadership to guide a small team of accountants.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Accounting & Compliance
o Oversee day-to-day accounting (AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliations).
o Assist in finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
2.
Financial Control & Analysis
o Monitor cash flow, vendor payments, and receivables.
o Prepare budget vs. actual reports, variance analysis.
o Support internal and statutory audits, coordinate with auditors/CA.
3.
Team Supervision
o Guide and review work of junior accountants/executives.
o Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in financial records.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience of Handling Ecommerce Accounting.
5-8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Hands-on with Tally ERP

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
