Orbiz Creative Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Account Assistant with 3 years of experience to support our finance team in Chemmad. The candidate will assist in daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support statutory compliance and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and payment transactions.
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Reconcile bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Manage vendor and client payments using Odoo ERP system.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
Assist in GST filings, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliance.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Generate financial reports and assist management in decision-making.
Coordinate with auditors during audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial documentation.
Skills & Qualifications:
Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com) or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably with ERP software (Odoo knowledge preferred).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and GST compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
