-Account Assistant/ Junior Accountant

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: ₹18,000 - ?25,000 per month

Experience Required:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting

2. Experience in Real Estate accounting preferred / specialist

Educational Qualification:

1. B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance

2. Good knowledge of accounting standards

3. Preferred: Experience in real estate accounting, RERA compliance understanding.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. TDS & GST Compliance

Monthly TDS calculation & payment Preparation & filing of TDS returns (24Q / 26Q) Monthly GST computation & filings (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) Vendor GST compliance verification & ITC reconciliation
2. Accounts Management

Complete knowledge of Tally ERP Manage accounting entries, ledger scrutiny & reconciliations Vendor & customer ledger management Maintaining accurate records & documentation
3. Return Filing & Audit Coordination

Coordinate with CA for return filings Prepare data, schedules & statements for statutory audit Support internal & external auditors Assist in preparing the audit report requirements
4. Financial Reporting

Monthly closing of books Bank reconciliation statements MIS reports (Payables, Receivables, Cash flow, Balance summaries) Reporting financials to management on a monthly basis
5. Real Estate Accounting (Preferred)

Project-wise cost tracking Customer ledgers & agreement payment schedules Coordination for RERA-related financial documentation Vendor billing verification related to construction & materials
Skills Required

Strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP Excellent knowledge of accounting principles Working knowledge of TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, PT Experience in audit handling & return filing Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot preferred) Good communication & documentation skills Ability to independently manage end-to-end accounts
