Job Title: Account Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing sales and purchase transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Purchase Entries: Record sales and purchase transactions accurately and timely in the accounting software.
2. Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
3. Software Management: Proficiently use accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) to manage financial data and generate reports.
4. Data Entry and Verification: Ensure accurate data entry and verify financial transactions for correctness.
5. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements.
Requirements:
1. Accounting Knowledge: Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
2. Software Proficiency: Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
3. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
4. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
5. Communication Skills: Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with the finance team.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance role
- Experience in sales and purchase entry, financial record-keeping, and software management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
