Assist in day-to-day accounting and financial transactions Maintain records of receipts, payments, ledgers, and other financial documentation Assist in preparing financial reports, vouchers, and MIS Handle bank reconciliations and petty cash entries Coordinate with auditors during audits Ensure timely data entry in Tally or other accounting software Support donation tracking, grant disbursals, and budget monitoring Maintain compliance with financial policies of the foundation Ready to go out for banking-related work such as cheque deposits, withdrawals, documentation submission, and bank coordination as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Excellent communication and coordination skills Prior NGO or trust accounting experience is a plus
Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com or related qualification
