Job Description

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate financial records, including invoices, expenses, and payments.

Invoicing and Payment Processing:

Preparing and processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring timely payments.

Reconciliations:

Reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Administrative Support:

Providing administrative support to the accounting department, including filing, answering phones, and handling correspondence.

Basic Bookkeeping:

Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as maintaining ledgers and journals.

Reporting:

Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports.

Communication:

Communicating with clients and vendors regarding payments and inquiries. GST Tally
Excel

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
