Job Responsibility:
Preparing sales orders, invoices, transfer entries, goods received notes, and credit notes in ERP.
Emailing invoices and transport details of ordered books to vendors.
Maintaining petty cash (register, voucher, and accounting).
Bookkeeping in Tally (vendor bills, credit notes).
Reporting to the Manager and Accounts
Managing the Admission ERP Accounting Module (GST receipts, fee-related entries, and credit notes).
Bookkeeping in Tally (vendor bills, petty cash, and receipts).
Reporting to Accounts.
Experience Required : Min. 5 + years
Educational Qualification : B Com/ M Com
