Job Summary:



We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented

Accounts and Stock Assistant

to support our accounting and inventory operations. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and managing stock data to ensure efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:Accounts Duties:



Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records. Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process. Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments. Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow reporting. Support in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Maintain digital and physical accounting records. Handle petty cash and daily expense tracking. Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payment follow-ups.

Stock / Inventory Duties:



Monitor and manage stock levels in the inventory management system. Assist with stock entry, goods receiving, and stock dispatch. Conduct regular stock counts and assist in periodic inventory audits. Maintain records of stock movements and discrepancies. Coordinate with warehouse or store teams to ensure accurate inventory. Generate inventory reports for management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,527.79 - ?23,701.36 per month
