Accounts & Logistics Executive
Location: Mumbai Office
Department: Finance & Operations
Reporting to: Finance / Operations Manager
Role Summary
Responsible for managing both accounting and logistics coordination to ensure smooth financial control and timely movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts:
Maintain books of accounts and daily entries.
Handle billing, invoicing, collections, and payments.
Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable.
Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Prepare data for GST, TDS, and statutory filings.
Support audits and monthly MIS reporting.
Logistics:
Plan and coordinate daily dispatch and vehicle scheduling.
Coordinate with transporters, warehouse, and customers.
Prepare logistics documents (LR, POD, e-way bill, invoices).
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
Resolve delivery delays, shortages, or damages.
Monitor freight costs and logistics performance.

Qualifications & Skills
B.Com / Graduate in Commerce / Business / Logistics.
2-5 years experience in accounts and/or logistics.
Knowledge of Tally / ERP, Excel, GST, e-way bill.
Strong coordination, accuracy, and multitasking ability.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred
Experience in manufacturing / trading / recycling / chemical industry.
Exposure to inventory and cost accounting.

Compensation & Benefits
Fixed salary: ₹30,000 per month.
As per company policy benefits (PF, ESI, leave, etc

Pay: ₹20,537.56 - ₹30,305.81 per month
