We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented person to join our team as an
Accountant & Export Documentation Executive
. This role involves managing export paperwork, working with banks for payments, and helping with accounts and audits. You should have experience in export-related work and basic accounting.
Responsibilities:
Banking & Compliance
Submit documents to the bank and follow up for payment from international customers.
Update bank records after receiving payments.
Handle letters and documents related to money received from abroad.
Check that money from specific countries is received as per rules.
Accounts & Audit
Maintain records for Free of Cost (FOC) items.
Help with GST returns and sales invoices.
Make and check commercial and sample invoices.
Create debit/credit notes and prepare MIS reports.
Check dispatch and production records to match payments.
Review customer accounts and ensure proper entries.
Export & Logistics Support
Check courier bills (EMS Post, DHL, etc.) and verify with documents.
Scan and organize invoice copies.
Follow up to get AWB (Air Waybill) numbers and EP copies for export shipments.
Requiremnets:
Good knowledge of
Tally
and basic accounting.
Understanding of
DGFT rules
,
customs
, and
export taxes
.
Experience in
online banking
and handling export paperwork.
Good at organizing documents and keeping records accurate.
Preferred Background
2-3 years of work in an export company.
Experience in

.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
