Key Responsibilities:Accounting Duties:
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with bookkeeping.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and expense tracking.
Prepare and process vouchers, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and monthly/quarterly reports.
Coordinate with external auditors and support tax filing and compliance.
Manage petty cash and monitor company expenses.
Office Administration Duties:
Oversee general office operations, including correspondence, filing, and record management.
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and service contracts.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Support HR activities such as attendance tracking and maintaining employee records.
Draft letters, emails, and internal communications professionally.
Communication & Computer Skills:
Communicate effectively with management, staff, clients, and vendors.
Handle phone calls, inquiries, and visitors courteously and professionally.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) efficiently.
Manage digital filing systems and ensure data confidentiality.
