Maintain daily accounting entries including sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and assist in return filing.
Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and petty cash management.
Generate invoices and maintain billing records.
Coordinate with auditors and prepare financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet).
Maintain vendor payments and follow-up on outstanding receivables.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor contracts.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and help with payroll coordination.
Prepare and maintain documentation, agreements, and company records.
Support HR in onboarding, induction, and maintaining employee files.
Organize meetings, appointments, travel, and office events.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Manage office communication emails, calls, and visitor handling.
