Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting: invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and reporting
Handle multi-company accounts, ledgers, and financial compliance
Prepare financial summaries and assist in cash flow/expense tracking
Support office administration: documentation, record management, coordination
Attend calls, assist customers, and provide follow-up support
Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in
accounts, office administration, and customer service
Proficiency in MS Office (Zoho Books/Tally experience preferred)
Strong multitasking and time-management skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
