Key responsibilities


Responsible for Vehicle Refinish Premium Business-Base location will be Cochin. To drive the sales and business development for the VR premium Business, achieve revenue and CM targets, collect payments on time, on time settlement of disputes, and grow the business in the assigned geography. Meet customer needs in most effective manner and maintain solid work relationships. Create & maintain network for desired sales growth and facilitate necessary services to channel partners. Acquire and update techno-sales skills and maintain adequate knowledge required for accomplishing the goals. Maintain Professional & technical knowledge by attending educational workshops. Live up to the company culture, guidelines, and work ethics. Work in coordination with technical team and facilitate adequate services to the customers. Timely preparation and sharing of reports, MIS and trackers.

Responsible for Vehicle Refinish Premium division business- Base location will be Cochin. The main Objective: Represent company's product & services majorly in the B2B segment. Meet customer needs effectively and consistently. Maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure timely renewals of contracts, exceptional services to the market. Identify prospects, set appointments, negotiate and make effective qualifying sales calls. Meet sales goals on monthly and yearly basis as defined by the organization. Distribution handling and Network expansion wherever applicable. Maintain adequate amount of professional & technical knowledge by attending educational workshops. Collection and smooth maintenance of payment flow from the market.

Identifying potential customers and developing new business opportunities. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner within the guidelines. Identifying areas for improvement in sales and business development processes and proposing solutions.
