The Real Estate Accounts Head is a senior professional responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations for the organization. This role involves managing a wide range of accounting functions, from daily transactional tasks to high-level financial reporting and strategic financial management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the real estate sector and a thorough understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Operations & Management:
o Oversee the end-to-end accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
o Manage and reconcile all financial transactions, including bank accounts and cash on hand.

Verify invoices
based on purchase orders, work orders, and delivery challans.

Prepare and process vouchers, receipts, and invoices
, ensuring proper entry into respective registers.
o
Maintain separate debt and credit accounts
for all vendors, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and professionals.
o Handle cash and cheque remittances and ensure timely deposits.
o
Mark and confirm receipt of payments
from clients and customers.
o Oversee online payments and confirm bank balances.
o
Manage all accounts
and financial transactions for joint ventures, partnerships, and accounts of directors, partners, their families, and HUF.
