We are seeking an experienced and skilled Accident Supervisor to join our team at Cannanore Automotive Co., a leading two-wheeler automobile manufacturer. As an Accident Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the accident repair process for two-wheeler vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient resolution, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the accident repair process for two-wheeler vehicles, including estimating, planning, and executing repairs
Assess damage, identify required repairs, and estimate costs
Coordinate with insurance companies, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth repair process
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Supervise and guide technicians and support staff on accident repair job
Monitor repair progress, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective actions
Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing
Maintain records, documentation, and reports as required
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the repair process
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or equivalent
2-5 years of experience in accident repair, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Knowledge of two-wheeler vehicles, repair techniques, and industry standards
Excellent communication, coordination, and customer service skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
