Role Overview: We are seeking a resourceful, multi-disciplinary Accessory & Product Designer to conceptualize, design, and develop a range of products including stationery, home decor, jewellery, leather bags, clutches, scarves, and other accessories. This role emphasizes creativity across diverse forms and materials--wood, metal, leather, concrete, cane, fabric, and more. Hands-on involvement in technical drawings, 3D modeling, material sourcing, prototyping, and vendor coordination is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design original lifestyle accessories and home decor products: stationery, jewellery, bags, clutches, scarves, hard goods, etc.. Develop 2D technical drawings and 3D models, ensuring design is feasible for production and reflects luxury quality. Work confidently across a variety of materials--wood, metal, leather, concrete, cane, fabric, and more--selecting finishes and construction methods best suited for each product. Source and evaluate new materials, techniques, and suppliers, collaborating closely with vendors through each stage of prototyping and production. Conceptualize unique packaging and boxes tailored to accessory and decor lines, ensuring cohesive brand presentation. Oversee sampling and technical development, refining designs for optimal aesthetics, quality, and manufacturability. Stay attuned to global and local trends in luxury accessories and design, incorporating artistic innovation and fresh approaches. Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams for production, styling, and visual storytelling.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years' experience in accessory, product, or lifestyle design, ideally for premium or luxury labels. Advanced proficiency in design software (2D/3D CAD, Adobe Creative Suite), technical drawing, prototyping, and material selection. Robust understanding of accessory and home goods manufacturing processes for a variety of materials. Strong portfolio highlighting original product designs across diverse categories and mediums. Organized, collaborative, and proactive communicator, skillful with vendors and cross-functional creative teams. Keen eye for luxury detail and innovative product aesthetics.
