Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage sales of vehicle accessories such as seat covers, mats, music systems, alloys, safety accessories, etc.

Coordinate with customers to understand their accessory requirements and provide suitable recommendations.

Maintain inventory records, ensure optimal stock levels, and avoid shortages or overstocking.

Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement and best pricing.

Supervise installation of accessories and ensure quality workmanship.

Prepare accessory quotations and invoices in coordination with the billing team.

Track accessory sales performance and achieve monthly targets.

Handle customer complaints related to accessories and resolve issues promptly.

Ensure accessories comply with company and OEM standards.

Train accessory sales staff and installers on new products and techniques.

Maintain proper documentation, MIS reports, and daily sales records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Diploma / Graduate (preferred)

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in automobile accessories or dealership operations

Good knowledge of two-wheeler accessories

Strong communication and customer-handling skills

Inventory management and basic accounting knowledge

Ability to lead and manage a small team

Proficiency in MS Excel and dealership management software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
