This is an Onsite full time job in Delhi.

The Mansion is a luxury gifting brand established in 2017, that curates thoughtful gift boxes for various occasions and themes.

We are looking for a passionate, organized and experienced Product / Accessory designer (Home, Lifestyle, Gifts, and Accessories) to join our small team full-time.

Responsibilities

Lead the creation, launch, and implementation of new products (Home Decor, Accessories etc.) from concept to go-to market across multiple categories. Should have a keen eye for curation and product discovery. Should help with ideation and create meaningful products & gifts for special occasions. Research and vet suppliers and manufacturers to identify the best partners (across different fields), along with an eye on quality, price, timeliness and reliability. Manage current vendor relationships. Assist Management with product buying, ideate new concepts and keep a track of unique products based on strategically inspired verticals, trends, and opportunities. Should overview the production of products and packaging and maintain communication with vendor partners. Collaborate with Marketing, and Creative team on samples, photoshoots and end-to-end marketing and customer experience efforts related to products. Collaborate with the marketing team to align on content calendar, marketing strategy, product insights, and collection launches. Collaborate with marketing to write and edit product descriptions and details.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Product or Accessory Design 2 or 3+ years of creative design experience Has a genuine interest and love for product design, and gets excited about new product ideas, design inspiration and market trends. Experience using design software such as Sketch up, Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel and InDesign. Strong conceptual, organizational and presentation skills.
