About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and execute accessory designs that meet customer needs, market trends, and brand objectives
2. Create and present design concepts, sketches, and tech packs
3. Conduct research and analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity
4. Work with suppliers and manufacturers to source materials, test samples, and ensure product quality and integrity
5. Ensure adherence to brand standards, design guidelines, and manufacturing requirements

Requirements:

1. Bachelor\'s degree in fashion design, accessory design, or a related field
2. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modeling tools
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
