Manage and maintain accurate inventory of accessories (buttons, zippers, labels, threads, etc.), ensuring optimal stock levels.
Oversee receipt of accessories from suppliers, inspect quality, and issue materials to production as per requirements.
Conduct regular stock checks, reconcile with records, identify slow-moving items, and suggest disposal actions.
Liaise with suppliers for timely procurement, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized store with proper labeling, ensure safe storage, and implement FIFO (First In, First Out).
Track usage, wastage, and consumption patterns, provide reports to management for cost control and planning.
Monitor costs, minimize wastage, and suggest alternatives for cost savings.
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology, Fashion Technology, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in managing stores or inventory in the garments industry.
Good knowledge of garment accessories and their usage.
Proficiency in inventory management tools (e.g., Excel, ERP).
