To increase the dealership's profitability by promoting, managing, and ensuring the sale of genuine Maruti Suzuki accessories to every new car customer, while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to Maruti Suzuki guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accessory Sales Management
Promote and upsell
Maruti Suzuki Genuine Accessories (MSGA)
to all new car buyers.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate accessory packages.
Ensure that a high percentage of new car deliveries include accessories sales.
2. Customer Experience & Presentation
Create an engaging
accessory display area/showroom
for customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits, warranty, and installation process.
Address customer queries and resolve objections professionally.
3. Inventory & Vendor Coordination
Maintain optimal inventory levels of fast-moving and popular accessories.
Coordinate with the Maruti Suzuki accessories division for timely ordering and dispatch.
Monitor quality and timely installation of accessories in coordination with the workshop.
4. Target & Revenue Management
Achieve monthly accessory sales revenue and penetration targets set by the dealership and MSIL.
Track accessory sales per vehicle and work to improve average billing value per car.
Launch special packages/offers during campaigns or festivals to boost sales.
Qualifications & Experience
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus
Experience:
2-5 years in automotive accessories sales (preferably in Maruti Suzuki or another OEM dealership)
Experience managing a team or working closely with new car delivery/sales teams preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
