Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Accessory Manager to handle the sales, stock, and installation of automobile accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the complete accessories department - sales, stock, display, and fitment
Work with vendors to source quality accessories at the best prices
Maintain proper stock levels and avoid overstock or shortage
Train sales and service staff on accessory features and benefits
Ensure correct installation and timely delivery to customers
Plan and run promotional offers or combo kits for accessories
Track sales performance and give regular reports to management
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in automobile accessories or dealership environment
Good knowledge of car accessories (interior, exterior, electronics, etc.)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage a small team
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, stock management software)
Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Automobile / Mechanical / Business
Passion for the automobile industry

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
