Plan and execute promotional activities for accessories Sales.
2. Customer Handling.
Explain product features, benefits, and compatibility of accessories.
Provide a personalized buying experience and enhance customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback related to accessories.
3. Inventory & Stock Management.
Maintain optimum stock levels of fast-moving accessories.
Coordinate with stores for timely ordering and replenishment.
Ensure proper display and storage of accessories in showroom.
Monitor slow/non-moving items and prepare action plans.
4. Operations & Coordination.
Work closely with sales, service and bodyshop teams for cross-selling opportunities.
Ensure correct fitment and quality standards during installation.
Track and monitor accessory installation processes for timely delivery.
5. Reporting & Documentation.
Maintain sales and stock reports.
Update management on sales trends and customer preferences.
Ensure proper billing, warranty, and documentation for all accessories sold.
