George Maijo Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., an authorized Maruti Suzuki dealer, is seeking a proactive and experienced Automobile Accessories In-Charge to manage the dealership's accessories operations. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in automobile accessories sales, inventory management, or related functions, preferably within a Maruti Suzuki dealership or automotive environment. The role involves overseeing the procurement, display, and sales of genuine Maruti Suzuki accessories, ensuring availability and proper stock management, coordinating with the sales and service departments to meet customer requirements, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. The candidate will also be responsible for achieving accessories sales targets, monitoring installation quality, and ensuring compliance with OEM guidelines. Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills, along with sound knowledge of automobile accessories and inventory software, are essential. A graduate degree or diploma in any discipline, preferably with exposure to automobile operations, is desirable.
