Job Description

Required Competencies:



Strong knowledge of automobile accessories and their applications. Excellent organizational and inventory management skills. Proficiency in sales techniques and customer relationship management. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Analytical mindset for demand forecasting and sales planning.

inventory Management:

Ensure optimal stock levels for a variety of automobile accessories. Conduct regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy. Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment of fast-moving items.

Sales Strategy Implementation:

Collaborate with the sales team to upsell accessories during vehicle purchases. Train the service team to cross-sell accessories to customers.

Customer Relationship Management:

Offer personalized accessory recommendations to customers based on their preferences and vehicle type. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints regarding accessories. Ensure prompt delivery of ordered accessories.

Collaboration with Service Department:

Coordinate with the service team to promote accessories during vehicle servicing. Ensure smooth installation of accessories for customers. Monitor feedback on accessory quality and installation process.

Market Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends and new accessory products. Analyze competitor strategies for accessory sales. Recommend new accessories for stocking based on market demand.

Revenue Tracking:

Monitor accessory sales performance. Set monthly sales targets in coordination with the management. Identify high-margin accessories and focus on their promotion.

Supplier Coordination:

Build and maintain relationships with accessory vendors. Ensure quality checks for all procured accessories

Compliance and Standards:

Ensure all accessories meet company and industry safety standards. Adhere to company policies regarding pricing and promotions.

Operational Efficiency:

Implement efficient systems for accessory display and billing. Use software tools for inventory management and sales tracking. Minimize delays in accessory installation to enhance customer experience
