Job Summary:

The Accessories Fitter is responsible for fitting, installation, and testing of automobile accessories as per company standards and customer requirements, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

Install automobile accessories such as seat covers, mats, music systems, speakers, reverse cameras, parking sensors, alloys, roof rails, guards, and other approved accessories. Ensure correct fitting as per manufacturer guidelines and quality standards. Test installed accessories to ensure proper functioning before vehicle delivery. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area. Coordinate with service advisors and sales team for fitting schedules. Report any defects or issues noticed during fitting to the supervisor. Handle tools and equipment responsibly. Follow safety procedures and workshop policies at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

10th / ITI

preferred. Experience in

automobile accessories fitting

(2W / 4W). Basic knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and fittings. Ability to use hand tools and basic electrical tools. Attention to detail and quality workmanship. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
