Job description

Coordinate with the Support team on scheduled vehicle fitments. Greet the customer and open a job card. Entry checklist on any prior dents/scratches and document with customer signature. Pre-plan assembly of accessories prior to fitment. Call the customer to confirm the delivery of the vehicle. Gather feedback from customers on the completed installation. Google reviews. Installation support to the product development team. Feedback to the development team on prototype parts. Good communication skills - English, Kannada, Hindi. Team management. Attention to detail. Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage. 1-2 years experience in the service advisor role.
