Job Description

Sales Management:

Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Managing sales teams and providing training and guidance. Analyzing sales performance and identifying areas for improvement. Conducting market research to understand customer preferences and trends. Managing customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Inventory Management:

Ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet demand and minimize losses. Overseeing the ordering, receiving, and storage of accessories. Managing inventory control and loss prevention.

Operational Management:

Overseeing the daily operations of the business, including sales, customer service, and merchandising. Developing and implementing operational procedures. Managing budgets and expenses. Ensuring a clean, organized, and appealing retail environment.

Marketing & Promotion:

Developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote accessories. Managing social media and online presence. Participating in trade shows and industry events.

Other:

Vendor management and relationship building. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and new product releases. Training and development of sales staff. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,097.53 - ₹30,000.00 per month
