Key Responsibilities
Accessibility Engineering & Development
Build and maintain accessible front-end code using
Angular
, semantic HTML, ARIA, and modern CSS.
Integrate accessibility checks into CI/CD pipelines for continuous compliance validation.
Automation & Testing
Design and execute automated accessibility tests using
Selenium + Axe

Cypress

Karma

Perform manual testing with
JAWS

, and keyboard-only navigation to validate user experience.
Deliver accessibility compliance reports and VPAT documentation for enterprise and government clients.
Collaboration & Advocacy

Required Qualifications
Education:
B.Tech in Computer Science (or equivalent).
Certifications:
IAAP WAS Certified

Experience:
8+ years in software development and QA, with
4+ years dedicated to accessibility engineering

Proven track record of accessibility testing and automation for enterprise-scale web applications.
Technical Skills
