The ACC Navigator role sits at the heart of this kaupapa. You will guide wh?nau through their recovery journeys, ensuring they can access the entitlements and supports available through ACC. This mahi is rooted in a kaupapa M?ori approach, where healing is seen through the lens of physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

Minimum 2 years' frontline wh?nau engagement experience
Experience in hauora M?ori, wh?nau ora, social services, or navigation roles.
Excellent communication, organisation, and record-keeping skills.
Understanding of Te Ao M?ori, tikanga, and m?tauranga M?ori approaches to wellbeing.
A clean full driver's licence (preferred).
Professional proficiency in Te Reo M?ori and commitment to ongoing learning.
