About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Education Counsellor to guide prospective learners in choosing the right educational programs. The role involves understanding student needs, providing accurate course information, and supporting them throughout the enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students via calls, emails, or in-person meetings to understand their educational goals and interests. Provide detailed information about courses, eligibility, and admission procedures. Follow up with potential leads and convert them into admissions. Maintain student records and update CRM systems regularly. Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with students to ensure a positive counselling experience. Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
