We are a well-established Banking & Finance Training Institute focused on providing quality education and career guidance to students. We are looking for a professional and student-focused Academic Counselor to assist prospective candidates by providing accurate course information and guidance.

This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and supporting students in making informed career decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Guide students about Banking & Finance courses and training programs

Respond to inquiries through phone calls, messages, and in-person visits

Understand student requirements and provide appropriate course information

Maintain records of student interactions and follow-ups

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission and documentation process

Ensure a positive and professional experience for all students

Follow institute policies and counseling standards

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)

Freshers are welcome

Experience in education, counseling, or customer support will be an advantage

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
