We are seeking a dedicated and organized Academy Admin cum HR Recruiter to join our team. As an Academy Admin cum HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our educational programs and handling recruitment and basic HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Enrollment: - Manage student enrollment processes, including registration, fee collection, and maintaining accurate student records.
Class Scheduling: - Coordinate class schedules and ensure that classrooms or virtual platforms are prepared for each session.
Communication: - Facilitate communication between students, instructors, and parents/guardians as needed.- Respond to inquiries and provide information about courses and programs.
Administrative Support:-Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining academy documents.- Prepare and distribute educational materials and resources.
Event Coordination:- Organize events, workshops, and seminars related to the academy's programs.
Facility Management:-Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of academy facilities, ensuring they are safe and conducive to learning.
Record Keeping:*- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other relevant data.
HR & Recruitment:- Post job openings on portals, social media and internal channels and schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and management.
Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree /MBA preferred
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational setting or HR recruitment
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment cycle.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office .
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
