Key Responsibilities
1. Curriculum & Academic Framework Development
Design, update, and map curricula for CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE across relevant grade levels.
Create detailed learning outcomes, unit plans, scope and sequence, and assessment blueprints.
Ensure curriculum aligns with global best practices, NEP guidelines, and 21st-century skills.
2. Content Creation & Academic Review
Develop high-quality digital learning content:
Concept notes
Lesson plans
Worksheets
Assessments
Activity guides
Presentations
Teacher manuals
Review and validate content produced by content developers and teachers for accuracy, clarity, pedagogy, and age-appropriateness.
Improve existing content through quality checks, feedback cycles, and academic audits.
3. Academic Innovation & LMS Integration
Create interactive and multimedia-friendly content tailored to LMS requirements--including videos, quizzes, interactive activities, and gamified modules.
Collaborate with product and tech teams to integrate subject-specific features, tools, and learning workflows.
Recommend instructional design strategies to enhance student engagement and comprehension.
4. Teacher & Content Developer Enablement
Mentor and guide content developers and teachers on subject standards, curriculum requirements, and pedagogical approaches.
Conduct training sessions, knowledge workshops, and content-writing bootcamps.
Provide support during lesson planning, content structuring, and assessment creation.
5. Assessment & Learning Outcomes
Create and validate question banks, diagnostics, practice tests, summative and formative assessment tools.
Develop rubrics, scoring guidelines, and model answers.
Use learner performance data to refine content and close academic gaps.
6. Research & Academic Excellence
Stay updated with latest curriculum changes, educational trends, competitive standards, NEP recommendations, and subject-specific innovations.
Conduct benchmarking studies and introduce enhancements to make learning more relevant, modern, and skill-driven.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Master's degree (M.Sc/M.A./M.Ed or equivalent) in the relevant subject or Education.
Minimum
4-8 years
of experience as SME, Senior Teacher, Content Specialist, or Academic Coordinator.
Strong understanding of
CBSE, ICSE, and IGCSE
syllabus structures and assessment patterns.
Experience in digital content creation for LMS/EdTech platforms (preferred).
Excellent command over subject pedagogy, learner psychology, and instructional design.
