Recruitment
Identify and recruit qualified faculty for all courses.
Source candidates via job portals, referrals, social media, design colleges, and industry networks.
Coordinate with the academic team to understand subject-specific faculty requirements.
Conduct interviews, demo lectures, and evaluations in collaboration with the academic panel.
Ensure timely closure of all open positions across centers and formats
Training
Coordinate on boarding sessions for all newly recruited faculties.
Design and facilitate structured training programs with senior faculty
Track the progress and performance of new faculties during their probation period.
Maintain and update a comprehensive induction module
Rapport & Management
Maintain the central Faculty Database with all relevant documentation and records.
Resolve faculty-related concerns in collaboration with academic managers.
Build and maintain strong rapport with faculties
Promote a positive and professional faculty culture across all centers.
Monitor and manage faculty feedback, behavior, and discipline along with the Academic Manager.
Collaboration with Faculty Scheduling Team
Coordinate actively with the Faculty Scheduling Team to fulfill requirements
Map available faculties to batches based on subject, location & availability
Tracking of faculty allocations, workload, and availability.
Plan proactively for peak periods and faculty replacements (due to leave, exit, etc.).
Ensure minimal disruption in academic delivery due to scheduling issues.
Salary, Payroll & Revisions
Collate monthly attendance and coordinate with the Accounts team for accurate payroll processing.
Manage payment structures based on faculty role, engagement type
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of salary, contract, and payment data.
Address and resolve faculty payment-related queries in a timely manner.
Faculty Access - Content & Resources
Ensure that each faculty member receives timely access to academic content -
Share all relevant login credentials and digital teaching tools during onboarding.
Maintain a checklist of resource access for each faculty before their teaching begins.
Ensure faculties are equipped with the latest materials and tools incoordination with academic Team
