Job Description

job:The Academic Mentor will be responsible for guiding students in their academic journey, ensuring they receive timely support and assistance in clearing doubts related to their coursework. The mentor must have a strong background in science and excellent communication skills to engage effectively with students.

Time :7.00am to 2.00pm

Key Responsibilities:

Assist students in understanding and clarifying their academic doubts in core science subjects. Provide academic mentoring through one-on-one or group sessions (online/offline). Support students in developing effective study habits and problem-solving skills. Coordinate with faculty/academic coordinators to track students' progress and challenges. Create a supportive and motivating learning environment for students. Provide feedback and suggest resources for academic improvement. Document student interactions and maintain mentoring records.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or related field). Prior experience in academic mentoring, teaching, or tutoring preferred. Strong subject knowledge and passion for guiding students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and engage with students of different learning levels.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
