? Student & Parent Counselling
? Engage with students and parents to provide in-depth information about the
Entrepreneurship Program, curriculum, career pathways, and startup incubation
opportunities.
? Address concerns regarding entrepreneurial career prospects, financial feasibility, and
program outcomes.
? Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions (in-person and virtual) to help students and
parents make informed decisions.
? Admissions & Lead Management
? Handle incoming student inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into
confirmed enrollments.
? Guide students and parents through the admissions process, including documentation,
eligibility criteria, and financial aid options.
? Maintain accurate records of interactions and applications using CRM tools.
? Program Awareness & Promotion
? Conduct webinars, info sessions, and open house events to educate students and
parents about the program.
? Collaborate with digital marketing and outreach teams to attract students from diverse
backgrounds.
? Establish strong relationships with schools, colleges, and coaching centers to promote
entrepreneurship education.
? Startup Ecosystem Engagement
? Help students and parents understand the support structure of the program, including
mentorship, investor access, incubation, and networking opportunities.
? Connect students with industry experts, startup founders, and alumni to provide real-
world insights.
? Follow-ups & Relationship Building
? Maintain continuous engagement with enrolled students and their parents to ensure
high satisfaction and retention.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
