Lumen Global Institute is hiring a

dedicated Academic Counsellor

to guide students through our academic programs, admissions, and career opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a student-friendly approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle student inquiries and provide detailed information about courses Guide students in selecting suitable programs based on their goals Manage admission follow-ups and maintain student databases Coordinate with faculty and administration for smooth enrolment Meet weekly counselling and admission targets

Qualifications:

Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline Prior experience in academic counselling or education sales preferred Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English Strong interpersonal and convincing skills Basic computer knowledge

Salary:

Negotiable - Based on experience and performance

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
