Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced

Academy Trainer (Tally)

to deliver high-

quality training sessions on TallyPrime and associated accounting and GST concepts.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, excellent

communication skills, and a strong desire to impart knowledge to learners at different

skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

? Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Tally Prime, accounting

principles, GST, and related modules.

? Design, develop, and update training content, modules, assignments, and

assessment tests.

? Explain real-time business scenarios using Tally for hands-on practical training.

? Deliver induction and upskilling programs for students, interns, and new joiners in

the finance/accounting domain.

? Monitor student/trainee progress and provide personalized feedback and

support.

? Stay updated with Tally software updates, accounting rules, taxation policies, and

industry trends.

? Assist in organizing certification programs and preparing candidates for industry-

recognized exams (if applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

? Minimum 1-4 years of experience in training or working with Tally Prime

or

Freshers with Tally and accounts Knowledge apply

.

? Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of accounting fundamentals, GST,

TDS, payroll, inventory, and financial reporting.

? Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

? Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and engaging manner.

? Passion for teaching and mentoring.

Preferred Qualifications:

? Certification in Tally (e.g., Tally Certified Professional) is a strong advantage.

? Prior experience in academic training institutes or corporate training setups.

? Exposure to other accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books) is a plus.

? Familiarity with online teaching platforms and Learning Management Systems

(LMS).
