Job Description

We are looking for a confident, articulate, and well-presented Academic Tour Coordinator to lead and execute international immersion tours for MBA and PGDM students from Top Tier colleges. This role demands excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, a strong understanding of corporate protocol, and the ability to handle travel logistics and client meetings with top-tier college management including Chairmen and Directors.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Visit colleges to introduce and propose international study tour programs. Conduct meetings and presentations with college management to finalize collaborations. Coordinate with universities abroad for tour planning, scheduling, and approvals. Handle documentation, logistics, and communication related to tours. Support marketing and promotional activities for academic tours. Maintain strong relationships with partner institutions and vendors. Travel as required for meetings and program execution.
